Rust-Oleum Glitter Spray and Sealer adds the brilliant shine of glitter to any indoor craft or décor project. Glitter can be built over multiple coats to create a custom look and sealed with the specialized top coat so that it will not rub off onto other items. For best results, prepaint surfaces with a complementary base color.
